This Disclaimer applies to the Business Empire mobile application (the "App"), provided by Bina Forever Services ("we", "us", "our"). It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Not professional advice
The App is a record-keeping and organisation tool. Nothing in it, including dashboards, totals, balances, profit figures, charts or currency conversions, is financial, investment, accounting, tax, legal or other professional advice.
Before making any financial, tax or legal decision, consult a qualified professional. Do not rely only on the App.
Accuracy of figures
- Every figure in the App is calculated from the information entered by you and the members of your workspace.
- Exchange rates are set manually by the workspace owner. They are not live market rates. Converted amounts are estimates for your own reference, and are not suitable for accounting, tax or banking purposes.
- We do not audit, verify or guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any data in the App.
- The App is not an accredited accounting system, and it is not a substitute for statutory books, audited accounts or official tax records.
Reminders and notifications
Reminders and notifications depend on your device, its operating system, notification and battery settings, and network availability. They may be delayed or missed. Do not rely on the App as your only reminder of payment, tax, filing, legal or other important deadlines.
Your records and backups
You are responsible for keeping independent copies of records and documents you need, including receipts and invoices you attach. We take reasonable steps to keep data safe, but we do not guarantee that data will never be lost, corrupted or unavailable.
Shared workspaces
Members of a workspace can view, and in some cases add to, the businesses they have been granted. The workspace owner decides who has access. We are not responsible for what a member or owner does with information they can see, or for records they add, change or delete.
No warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the App or its content. This includes financial loss, missed deadlines, penalties, lost data and lost profits. Section 13 of our Terms of Service sets out the full limitation of liability.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
External links and services
The App may link to, or rely on, third-party services such as Google Firebase and your device's app store. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
